We called up in the afternoon because our daughter took a pen and drew all over our white velour couches and we were really upset and had spent alot of money on the couches and Jack came the following morning 9am, I don't know what he used our how he did it but he got the stains out!! Jack was very informative and really took his time to explain the process and it was a great experience! Great prices as well! Very very happy and will be using him again and highly recommend them!! Jack was very professional and courteous. He cleaned our reclining chair and our 10 by 8 Area rug. We are very happy with the results.
