I just had my first session for a Groupon to get my jawline and neck hairs lasered. Everyone was so nice and explained everything. The procedure itself was very quick and not as painful as I was expecting- it's a little less painful than a small rubber band snap. Very happy so far and looking forward to seeing the results and my next sessions.

Jennifer was great! I've done laser hair removal for years and this machine is fast and not painful, feels like a rubber band snapping only for a second on your skin. The place is CLEAN which is obviously important. I like that Jennifer went over everything with me even though I've had treatments before. Highly recommend this place.
