We called Precision and Alex Berk arrived within an hour. He was friendly, professional and repaired our system quickly , cleanly and so far perfectly. I have used Precision several times over many years and never had an issue.

Alex arrived on time as promised with a smile on his face, a look of confidence and concern for what was broken on my overhead garage door.One of the hinges had worked loose, the screw holes were stripped and the attached roller was not making contact with the rail. I had tried to fix it myself bu to no avail.Alex was quick to find a replacement hinge with an alternate set of screw holes. He quickly removed the old hinge replaced it in less than five minutes then, after making certain it was secure and the door functioned properly told me he would like to take a few more minutes to make sure all the other hinges were secure and quickly lubricated the rollers as a final...read full review
