I called and set up a commercial service with this company for an emergency call i have. I had to give a CC upfront for the service, which i really dislike doing cause they can charge you anything they want and i was hesitant. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until they immediately called back and said the tech had a personal emergency and had to reschedule for the morning. Then first thing in the morning, they called to cancel again and said they weren't available for this till August. I called customer service and asked for a manager at 930 am and the very rude CSR, who wouldn't tell me her name said there was no manager available and hung up on me. Everything seemed to be going smoothly until they immediately called back and said the tech had a personal emergency and had to reschedule for the morning. Then first thing in the morning, they called to cancel again and said they weren't available for this till August. I called customer service and asked for a manager at 930 am and the very rude CSR, who wouldn't tell me her name said there was no manager available and hung up on me. I called back and got another rude CSR name Wendy, who was just as rude and also said there ewes no manager there to talk to. I gave he the name of the guy who call me, Jay, and she said he was out till Monday and not available. I said he just called me and i would like to speak with him. She rudely then said he's not available so I asked for ANY manager above her and she said there is no one. My concern now is they have my CC info!!! I GOOGKLED the hell out of this company!! The address is a corner store store called Los Primo's Foods with great reviews... but no OMW Plumbing. I checked the BBB and there is NO company listed under this name in this ZIP code. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
