My husband and I love One to One Gym! They have all the right equipment and the location overlooking the Harbor is gorgeous. Our coach Ashley is amazing, very knowledgeable, attentive and motivating! We look forward to our sessions with her every week! We can’t recommend the gym and Ashley highly enough!

One 2 One is great. My favorite gym I’ve been a member of by far. It’s small and private so there’s a lot more individual attention should you need help or have questions. My personal trainer is Joey, and he is awesome! Our sessions are always fun and motivating. He’s extremely knowledgeable about nutrition as well, so not only am I reaching my fitness goals, I’m also able to maintain them. I would highly recommend One 2 One (and Joey!) to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey.

I'm pretty focused where fitness is concerned, I want my time to be well spent and effective. I love coming here because the facility is dedicated to personal training - I'm never waiting on equipment to be freed up, repaired or cleaned: its always ready and the people in here are like-minded - putting in work for results.Ashley is a phenomenal trainer, she keeps the workouts varied and interesting while checking in on existing injuries and with a flawless track record on preventing new ones.
