I have used Nuway for years and they have always been great.Yesterday my basement flooded. When I finally drained the water, I discovered around 8:30 that I couldn’t get the heating furnace or the water heater to work. I called Nuway and they had a technician at my home in half an hour. At first, he couldn’t get the systems to reset. It would have been easy to say both pieces of equipment were irreparably damaged by the water and had to be replaced. I was in no position to know differently. But the technician worked diligently and called his supervisor for advice. 2 hours later, both systems were working properly.
