From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, making it clear that this studio is a special place. One aspect that particularly stood out to me was the kindness and talent of Sue. She has a remarkable ability to make everyone feel at ease, providing guidance that is both insightful and nurturing. Sue's classes are thoughtfully designed to accommodate all skill levels, ensuring that beginners like me can follow along comfortably while still being challenged to improve. I cannot recommend Yoga Mandali enough, especially to those who are new to yoga. 402 Rowland St, Ballston Spa“We are still AAC patients and get adjusted regularly. All of our kids were varsity and college athletes and could not have been as successful as they were without AAC's treatment. Whenever we have a crisis situation, we call and get in as quickly possible. My dad just recently started care at age 78 and says he's moving better than he has in years! If you're looking for a non-surgical, non-pharma route to wellness you have to try AAC. Awesome docs and awesome office staff! (Plus yoga, sauna, massage.)“

“I had been practicing yoga for many years, but Judy's Joy of Yoga studio is where I really fell in love with yoga! The studio is located in the downstairs level of the arcade building. Judy's classes use a lot of music, and she teaches a Kripalu style yoga that gets your energy moving evenly throughout your body. There is a close attention to the breath. I always leave her class feeling energized, balanced and relaxed at the same time, what a gift!“

It is a welcoming, confidence boosting, peaceful, loving environment where you'll be guided by Pam and all of the teachers. I started as a beginner in Pam's classes after trying many others, I knew right away this was the place I'd been hoping to find. With Pam's guidance and gentle correction of poses, as well as all of the additional aspects of Yoga that Pam offers, I have gained complete confidence in my yoga practice and have advanced tremendously in the past 18 months. I appreciate my growth in my Yoga practice both on and off the mat and thank Pam and the Yoga Lily for that! I can't say enough, try one class and you'll be hooked! Yoga Lily Devotee, Lisa“

“As someone new to the yoga game, I greatly enjoyed my warm Yin yoga class with Amy D. She did a great job explaining what the poses are doing for our bodies and why Yin yoga is very beneficial. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and I left feeling lighter and refreshed. I plan to incorporate this in to my wellness routine and look forward to returning for another class with Amy.“

“From the Ground Up: Spring Wellness Retreat at Indian Brook Lodge, was curated and hosted by Samantha and Trevor of Yana Yoga. From arrival on Friday night to departing on Sunday evening, the whole weekend was infused with their love and care. Carefully thought-out offerings included yoga, cold plunging in the brook, Kirtan by the fire, breathwork, a sound bath, and a chakra workshop. The weekend was kicked off with an incredible dinner by Chef Humble, a meal that we were still talking about on Sunday. All the meals were healthy, homemade, and delicious. (but everything in moderation- there was wine and s’mores too)The weekend was well balanced between class/workshop offerings and down time to rest and recharge with activities of your own choosing. The house was beautiful, with a large front room with views of Lake George. In between activities, there was a comfortable mix of quiet reading or journaling on the comfy couch, standing on the deck soaking in the sun and listening to the rushing brook, or chatting with others at the kitchen table. There were also additional offerings available right on site- facial with a local esthetician, or reiki with Sam. Each part of the itinerary was completely optional, and our hosts made sure that we felt welcomed and supported to participate and try each offering, but never pressured to join in anything we did not choose to.My favorite part of the weekend was the crystal bowl sound bath with Sam. I also really enjoyed learning more about the Chakras during Ellen’s workshop, and I completed my first cold plunge with Trevor. Sam and Trevor were present with us all weekend, and they freely shared their wealth of knowledge about the benefits of each practice, the mind and body and how they work together. The whole weekend was intentional- starting with Grounding, next to Reset and Purify, and finally to Renew -our whole beings. I am already looking forward to the next retreat.“
