I had a leak around the vent stack on my roof and was having trouble getting the contractor I previously used to visit my house. I called P&J - Jackson promptly returned my call and came by same day. He did a full inspection of my roof (which I knew would need to be replaced soon) and showed me pictures, pointing out some shoddy work. He temporary fixed the problem (same day) and came by two days later for the permanent fix. They were able to fix the issue for less than they originally quoted.
