This business is extremely unprofessional. We agreed upon a price and an arrangement to pay every two weeks. As the business does NOT provide written invoices, I relied upon the owners text messages to know when payment was due. After paying in full for my services, I went on vacation and was unable to reach the owner for 3-4 weeks. After a series of messages requesting service he responded that he was no longer servicing my house. This was with no previous communication or warning. He sent screenshots of text messages requesting payment and I responded with screenshots of payments sent a day after these requests.
