I recently did a gut renovation of my apartment which I purchased in 2005. Admittedly, given I had heard so many nightmare stories from friends and colleagues who did renovations, I certainly was anxious and skeptical about proceeding. When deciding which contractor to use I did some research including talking to the resident manager of my building. Dutchman repeatedly came up as being highly recommended. And given they did a number of apartment renovations in the building it was easy to see their work firsthand and talk to other tenants about their experience. I had to rush a job due to my buildings restrictions and they worked extremely hard to get it done. They always response to my questions. Even after hours! The team goes above and beyond and even recommends things to you so you are not alone in the process. Jose leads the team, and he makes sure everything goes smoothly and the client is happy with the end result. I would definitely work with them again. My apartment looks beautiful!

We worked with Dutchman Contracting on the guy renovation of our loft and then the combination with the remaining apartment on our floor. Tom and Hayden are great to work with on a personal and professional level. They produce high quality work on time and on budget. We couldn’t be happier and will always work with Dutchman on any renovation project we have in the future!
