I felt I received an outstanding value. On top of that, their pickup and delivery staff were extremely knowledgeable and gave me an education about rugs and proper padding, as well as what to use to clean up minor stains in between larger service calls. I have been using A&A to clean my carpets for over 25 years. Yesterday a new "team" arrived. They called before they came, just to make sure it was Ok that they would be arriving a little earlier than expected. Joe, and his partner, Andrew, were a delight to have in my home, We were cleaning 4 bedrooms, the living room, family room, hallways and steps. They were totally thorough and professional, and Joe took the initiative to move and clean under some night tables that I didn't even ask him to do.
