“This place was recommended to me by my former cat sitter, and I’m so glad I found out about it. During my tour, it was clear that they genuinely care about their clients. Both Melinda and Rob are very kind, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The 24/7 camera access was a huge plus, giving me peace of mind while I was away. My cat stayed in the vertical condo, and although I initially worried it might be too small, I was relieved to see her roaming around comfortably. When I picked her up, she seemed happy and well cared for. I’ll definitely be bringing her back!“

“I'm not one to typically leave reviews but i just had to show my appreciation. I unexpectedly had to book my dog for 10 days while i went out of town and our normal place was full so I contacted Finger Lakes. I was extremely nervous taking my dog somewhere new for so long and they made me so comfortable, walked me through the facility, explained everything to me and really put my mind at ease. They're so kind and you can just see how much they really care about these animals. When I got home yesterday my dog was happy as could be and every time i called while out of town they explained he was having a great time and gave me a detailed update (and I called frequently lol). I cant thank them enough for how easy they made this process for me and how comfortable they made me and my fur baby feel. Thank you so much! Buck will definitely be back“
