Thought it was a little pricey only for the fact that she is 4 and didn't get half the amount of time on the pedicure and still was charged $5 less than what I was charged. “It was my first time there. And I got a full acrylic set with a design by Willow. I showed her the design I wanted and I got almost exactly that. I also showed her the sheep that I wanted and she nailed that perfectly. I am completely in love with my nails!

In addition I was greeted with a friendly smile. I felt that checking in was super organized and efficient. All of the nail colors are organized in a book for you to choose from. They are also pretty timely as well, so I pretty much started exactly at the time of my appointment.

“I found Roots through a friend and was very pleased with the service and skill. I had been feeling somewhat down about the current state of my hair and needed this cut immediately. They were able to get me an appointment with a days notice. I arrived and had a short wait until Jill was ready for me. They have a cozy seating area with puzzles you can work on while waiting. Jill was wonderful. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly understood. She asked me questions to clarify further and gave suggestions to better help me. We discussed changes I had noticed with my hair recently and her knowledge on the topic led to a productive conversation. I love the cut and style I left with. I feel confident and happy with the style. Overall, I was pleased with how personable and tailored the appointment was. The pricing is great for the quality of work.“

“Just moved back to the area and was on the hunt for a new nail tech! Did a lot of research and looked at many reviews. Landed on Crystal nail after reading some great reviews on dip manicures by NaLynn. Had my first appt with her today and I’m SO pleased!!!! She did such an amazing job, a perfectionist at the details which I love. She’s also super sweet and funny! “We walked in without an appointment on a Friday morning. I wondered if it was a place just for kids because of the name but there were no kids there at all, just us grown ups. There was plenty of help for the dozen of customers there. They gave us nice foot soaks in a massage chair and a hot stone massage to the lower legs and feet. There were lots of colors to choose from for our nails. Everything was clean. I would definitely return there for a pedicure again.“

Sometimes it’s hard to find a good spot where you are taken care of, but VIP nails does perfect every time :) We were offered water and coffee, but there was no judgement on the state of our hands/feet prior to the service, and the nail stylist Rayli matched our energy levels perfectly. I’m a chatter— my fiancé is not. It was a great experience.

Requested style: We wanted a specific style…. Rayli got it perfect! This is the closest we’ve ever gotten to matching a Pinterest look.

Cleanliness: The stylist Rayli and the salon as a whole are very clean. They take proper precautions to make sure your mani and/or pedi is safe and makes sure every space is cleaned after use.
