This place was recommended to me by my former cat sitter, and I’m so glad I found out about it. During my tour, it was clear that they genuinely care about their clients. Both Melinda and Rob are very kind, and the facility is clean and well-maintained. The 24/7 camera access was a huge plus, giving me peace of mind while I was away. My cat stayed in the vertical condo, and although I initially worried it might be too small, I was relieved to see her roaming around comfortably. When I picked her up, she seemed happy and well cared for. I’ll definitely be bringing her back!

This is the only place where I'm happy to leave my cats. Rob and Melinda are completely focused on their needs, and I can keep an eye on my cats from the 24/7 cam. It's reassuring to know that they are in good hands. I'm recommending them to every single cat owner I know!

First time boarding my kitty. We were on the 11 day cruise. I don't think my cat missed me. They spoiled her. I absolutely recommend kitten around my kitty was that stressed at all . When I get my cat home, I think she was looking for the staff. She kind of couldn't believe she was home. I think she missed the staff. It only took about a day for her to get back to her daily routine. Happy to be home, but she was looking for her new friends, what a wonderful job.
