Loved the staff. My color is just brown now,I hoped it would be better. Truthfully, I think the CUT was too short. I had to planned on cutting it. I'll go back just to color it because I liked the people. ELISSA RYAN

I was a first time customer and had my hair cut by Lenore. She did an amazing job with my long hair (curtain bangs, angles and layers with a blow out) and was reactive to all my instructions and desired outcome. The haircut is gorgeous! She is also so sweet! And very reasonable prices

I really don’t know where to start. I had gotten a horrible experience from another salon in which they absolutely ruined my hair color and I called trilogy for a consultation. I needed a desperate fix. From the phone call itself, the lady speaking was so kind and empathetic. When I came in, there was 0 sense of judgement or harshness. Every single one of the workers were so kind and welcoming. I got an appointment for the next day with Shannon and she has got to be by far not only the most skilled hairdresser I’ve had my hair done by, but the kindest, warmest, sweetest soul.
