Arsen informed me about glasses for over an hour. I've been wearing glasses for over twenty years. He patiently explained things I wasn't aware of, like how it's supposed to fit on one's ears and nose, how wide frames should be relative to one's face, how high they should be considering one's eyebrows, and where exactly one should be viewing through the lens. He also let me methodically try on as many pairs as I wanted without any rush. Arsen gave actual thoughtful feedback about the fits and fashions of different frames.
