Hands on Health is an excellent physical therapy service. They have a fantastic staff that works with you & pushes you to rehab & feel better. I highly recommend them if you need help.

If you are in need of physical therapy to rehabilitate an injury, Dr. Monstein is the person to see. She and her staff are warm and welcoming. Allow me to summarize the numerous injuries I have had treated at Hands on Health. Starting in the summer of 2008 with a partially torn quadriceps tendon, I have also rehabbed a torn right labrum in my right (throwing) shoulder with separation, subluxation of my left shoulder, strained left hamstring, torn latissimus dorsi, patella tendinitis in both knees, fractured fibula that required surgery with a plate and screws and most recently (this summer into fall) a torn adductor muscle. This review is for Dr. Hidjayne. Even though I found the office to not be that clean, the other physical therapists were caring and helpful. If you are even slightly informed about your health, don't bother seeing this man. He is rude and condescending. I've been having intermittent back pain for three years, and this year it got very bad. There were days (like the one I walked into his office) where I couldn't stand up straight without shooting pain. I'm young, healthy and active so it would be common sense to order diagnostic tests to see what the problem is. Nope.
