I have been seeing Ms. Kat for the last year and we just ended. She taught me so much about myself, my fears, and most importantly my dreaded anxiety. I learned so much about how my anxiety started, and where it came from. She taught me amazing skills such as breathing something so easy that I never really used before! I love her and would highly recommend this practice.
