“I can’t say enough great things about Jim and Thomas. They are professional, honest and kind. My install took a few days and everyday they were there my home was treated with respect and care. They were meticulous in their work. They took the time to listen and answer any questions that I had and were always willing to make changes (when possible) to locations of the equipment. Their work is tidy and the install looks amazing in every room and on the outside of my home. Jim was very responsive by phone and I never had an issue contacting him. We did have to wait for an opening in their schedule for our install but when they were rained out at other sites they made sure to come by and start the inside portion of the install at my house. I am appreciative about how time conscious they were.“
