I come up to the ADK every summer. I decided to take a risk and try a random hair dresser while in Lowville for the day and I gotta say (no exaggeration) I got the best haircut of my life. He wasn’t kidding when he said he could cut any type of hair (mine is wavy/curly/thick-ish and was woefully uneven and had weird chunky layers when I showed up). I love the cozy, “my clients are like family”, small-town vibes of Tom’s shop. I will be back every year so long as he’s still working his magic. Thank you, Tom!

Tom cares about what he dose. His passion shows through his work. I have fine hair and a lot of salons cut it wrong. He was able to give recommendations and with out pushing his own agenda on you like many salons do. He only takes cash. I wish I would have new that information before going. However he is worth the extra hassle of pulling cash if you normally don’t carry cash on you. Also the first salon who called me back with out having to leave a voicemail and call a million times. I already have another appointment booked.Service: Haircut

Was lucky a few years ago to stumble across this place. Tom takes his time every visit to make sure the cut looks natural, not choppy. His colors are great as well, and last a long time. Unfortunately, I only get about one appt. a year here, as I'm only in this part of upstate NY to visit my wife's family. Can't say enough nice things about Tom.
