Mary Bolognino was our realtor for the 2022 sale of our home in Clifton Park and the purchase of our new home in Rexford. She is the consummate professional and an all-around lovely person. She is extremely detail oriented and never failed to follow up on a question we had on a listing or with the opposing realtor/attorney. She knows the area extremely well, and tirelessly advocated for us in negotiating both transactions. We sold our home quickly for over asking price.
