I was greeted right away, accommodated as a walk-in, and genuinely felt taken care of from start to finish. The salon is cute, spacious, and beautifully decorated with tons of color options. The gentleman at the front even helped start my powder removal while I waited for my technician, which I really appreciated. I also loved the thoughtful touches -- the little silicone stylus so you can use your phone while your nails are soaking, the iPhone stand, and the lotion/scrub treatment at the end because my hands were so dry. My technician was patient, checked in with me throughout, and made sure the color and finish were exactly what I wanted. Two weeks later, my nails are still holding up beautifully, and I especially appreciate that the powder isn't thick -- it looks like my real nails.
