Very friendly and helpful community that welcomed me warmly when I was in NY for a long time. I was even able to take part in an urban swim race and we paddled around Liberty Island. I will never forget the great experience. Thank you again for that. All the best for the future and that your projects succeed. You're doing a great thing with the boathouse.
It’s an amazing experience - kayaking in the middle of the city. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice, they provide everything, from boats to vests and three whole thing is free, how great is that?!
Best group of people, awesome energy, and great way to enjoy the city in another fashion other than biking or walking. Trust me, if you love the water, head to Hallet’s Cove and kayak with the city skyline in the background. It’s a great date idea too! Really worth it and it’s free! Thanks LIC Community Boathouse!!!
