I absolutely love hands of hope first I came because a friend of mine recommend them because I complaint of lower back pain I was introduced to APOS a therapeutic shoe that helps with the pain and it's working so far then I started physical therapy I thought therapy places were only for messages boy was I wrong .....the therapist here watch and record your progress they make sure you stretch muscles and strengthen your muscles and nerves ........when I am done with my session I feel brand new so do I recommend hands of hope ABSOLUTELY!!!!!
