His staff, although, I see different faces throughout the years, everyone is kind, friendly and professional. 1. Please be sure to get an Estimate of Benefits from your insurance provider BEFORE having any dental work done. (Ask b Dental for procedure codes)
2. Request a final statement and invoice/receipt before leaving the office and be sure to have a copy of your estimate from your insurance provider with you. (Make sure procedure codes match)
3. Keep ALL your paperwork!!! You will need it when you receive a surprise bill at a later date.
