The owner of this establishment does a meticulous job with threading and waxing. I’ve been going here for years. That said, should you get a wax by her apprentice, please make sure the owner is there. I will not be going back when her employee is on staff. A nice girl, but during a wax, she broke skin (photo attached to review), I got burnt, and I also had to help hold skin to keep from further traumatizing the area. She also used a filthy washcloth to wipe down a sensitive area after the wax which was pretty mortifying. I will be returning!!! $5 eyebrow threading from a nice woman a couple blocks away!! It wasn’t a totally perfect job, I had to touch up my brows just a little when I got home, but it was definitely worth it. Looked so much better than before. An informal set up. She offers a much of services with a price list on her website too

Ruby is a incredible and warm hearted person. She keeps her business clean and makes the atmosphere comfortable for her customers. I highly recommend Ruby for anyone who wants to get waxing/threading/facials/henna and hair styling services. Ruby opens her heart everyone and is respectful.
