He is incompetent and doesn't even fix his mistakes. I had been using him for 5 years and currently am worried that I may have to redo all of it. I can't contact him. I got a letter from IRS saying I owe $1400 for 2018 tax he filed.

Jerry is the best. Let's start by saying, I have been audited twice in the past. I went to a family friend in Jersey (who is now in jail) and went through 2 very rigorous audits resulting in paying thousands of dollars (that I still don't believe I owed, but couldn't prove otherwise.) Fast forward several years.. when I moved to NYC I searched extensively to find an accountant I could trust.
