This is the worst Management Company. I've been calling a few times to put in a work order to get my shower faucet fixed due to heavy leaking. It has been months since Management never contacted Supa to fix it. Now I have a bigger problem the neighbors that live below my apartment complaining that there is water going into their bathroom because my shower is leaking. I am so tired that nothing is not being done to fix the issue and the Supa is very disrespectful to the tenants.

Hello ? I rented for many years with Alma Realty. They were very kind and were kind enough to reduce my rent by less than half during the pandemic, 2020 they are very professional thank you thank you

The most disgusting set of phone representatives. Had the maintenance department hang up on me. No solutions and horrible maintenance of the apartment building. If I could call 311 everyday I would. They don’t up keep the buildings, it’s roach infested , full of odor , and people steal packages. Think twice before you sign a lease with a company that’s treats you like trash.
