I used to prefer going here because they always fit me in for an appointment and the usual guy I go to is amazing. However, on Mother’s Day during a spa pedicure, a different gentleman didn’t soak or use water, cut my cuticles or dry skin around my big toe. After he left the callus remover on too long on my dry feet and not only did it burn but on one of my feet, it left cuts. I also developed an infection between two of my toes that I never had before in my life. Very Disappointing for 80 bucks

My first experience with J&J spa was AWESOME! So much so, I couldn’t wait to go back, and this time I treated my daughter as well. It was so peaceful, relaxing, and tranquil. Everything I could’ve hoped for, The first time. Upon returning this weekend, I had a very different experience. It was so loud and disturbing, that I finally asked my masseuse, what is going on with all this noise? She said she would take care of it, and briefly left the massage area. She told me that there was a door opened, and that she had closed it, and it would be quiet now. That is not what happened! The noise and talking and laughing continued. I made an appointment for 2. Two foot massages and two 20 min chair. When we got to the massage area, the woman said one go here one go there. I asked if we could get our foot massages at the same time and she said no. It didn't make any sense since the appointment was for 2 people at the same time for the same service. After my 20 min back massage in the chair, she brings me right next to my girlfriend who was getting her foot massage. Why the hell couldn't we have gotten it done at the same time? Zero sense.
