I spoke to Robin and she scheduled me for the next day. I’m glad I called when I did, as they found tons of lint in the unit and vent that hadn’t been cleaned in 8 years! I thought emptying the lint trap was sufficient, but the technician recommended having this cleaning done every 2 years for the safety and longevity of the house and unit.
