I had an appointment for today at 11:00 Am and NOONE was there no one answered the phone they completely blew me off , not even a phone call or email to let me know they weren’t going to be there , why say you are open at 11 and not be there or answer the phone and I called again hours later and still no answer

I do not recommend Ella's Vision Optical. Purchased 2 pairs of glasses there for just about $2000 and have not been able to use them, as I can not see out of the glasses. The frames that were sold to me were older model glasses and could be found online for a fraction of what I paid for them. One style which I purchased was clearly too small for my face and should have never been suggested for me. Since I could not get a resolve with Ella's Vision, I went to Costco in Oceanside and had a wonderful experience.

I don't know how this place stays in business. It's never open and there's a phone number to make an appointment which I did and they never showed up. What a waste of time and to never get a phone call from them makes me aggravated. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!
