It's hard to put into words how talented of a trainer Bryan is. I have worked out with many trainers over the years for private and group classes, and no one is as knowledgeable and caring as Bryan is. I started off with personal training and got to learn quickly how much he knew not only about fitness, but overall health in general. I decided to try his group fitness, to only be surprised how much I love it. He tailors everything to your needs and strength. I have actually never seen someone be able to train multiple people at once and give different instructions to different people and everything go smoothly. He's truly the best trainer I have ever worked with, and I can't forget to mention how obvious it is how much he cares about his clients. It's truly genuine. - Jacquie

I have been athletic yet not an athlete for my whole life. I've played competitive beach vball (2's), 1/2 Ironmans, surf etc. I've done gyms, kick boxing, kettle bell etc. Bryan's workouts will kick your ass but in a good way. His workouts are always challenging and he does a great job of mixing it up. You can see a twinkle in his eye when he has thought of some new creative way to kick your muscles ass I have been going to his classes for 4-6x per week for 3.5 years. I'm going to be 52 in another week. I have never felt better in my life, I've never had the range of motion, the balance, or the strength that i have now. I've had a couple unrelated injuries since I've been going (from surfing) and he has helped me rehabilitate my injuries and also make the area of weakness a strength. In summation There is no one better to train with if youre willing to invest the time and effort. I regularly see jr hi and hs students get dropped off by their parents. So if you have a kid that needs a little discipline or you have an athletic kid that has discipline i recommend Bryan even more. These kids are so lucky to have Bryan as a resource (himself an ex college athlete)

An INCREDIBLE gym and training facility. Bryan and his wife will change your life. A small personal gym located on the west end of Long Beach. Bryan and Antonella take the time to get to know you and set personal goals to meet your needs! You will sweat, laugh, leave a changed personal physically and mentally. Worth every penny. I have recently moved from the Long Beach area and continue to travel to this gym because it has changed my life!
