fast - they kept my appointment, I didn't have to wait, and I was literally in and out in like a half hour (i didn't even need to add time to my dryer!) clean - the office is clean (albeit the furniture is a little out dated, but so what) friendly - the office staff is very friendly, and they're funny - which is nice its no secret I'm a little vain and I like to make sure I look younger than my ACTUAL age (sure, I'm setting myself up for a couple of well placed jabs, but bring it.)...sunscreen on the regular, facials once a month, well followed skin regimen? check, check, check...now, I have a sun spot on my forehead from my earlier years where I decided to forego the sunscreen and bake it up, and I want to get them removed. no problemo, these guys didn't even make me come back - he checked out my skin, explained to me what it is, took out this cute little blaster and went to work. zap zap zap, in and out, I'll be back in five years for a little botex and collagen. AND they gave me a nice topical cream to keep my skin looking even better, and I'm a sucker for sh-t like that. thanks!
