Sam was excellent to deal with. I needed my computer fixed in a short window, and he was able to take care of it quickly and resolved my issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I will be bringing any computer issues to him in the future.

I was hesitant to have anyone other than a family member work on my daughter's laptop, but Samuel was fantastic from start to finish! He is very professional and a pleasure to work with! He was able to replace the screen on her laptop very quickly and was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about what the process would involve. The price he quoted me was reasonable and still he was able to do the job for a little less than his original quote. I am grateful to have found SS Tech Plus and Samuel will be my go to computer guy from here on out!
