When you think of building a home you automatically think stress and anxiety. This could not be farther from the truth when dealing with David Sparks. His dedication, compassion and ability to REALLY listen to his clients is tremendous. Even with my husband being critically ill, David was amazing at treating us both like family. He always made helpful suggestions but also kept in mind our needs and budget. No job as large a building a house comes without flaw, but whenever there was an issue Davis was immediately there to fix the problem and leave us feeling comfortable and happy. I can't think of anyone else who would have done a better job and gave us the home we hoped...read full review

Our home has been occupiable for almost 2 weeks and we are THRILLED with not only the finished product, but with the experience of getting here. Dave is nothing short of amazing to work with. He is always easy to reach, even after the technical completion of the house, and clearly cares about his clients. Everything was done right the first time, and anything which needed tweaking or fixing (only one or two minor things out of the millions that make up a home) was taken care of efficiently. And finally, he was FAST, a 2200 square foot home from breaking ground to certificate of occupancy in just under 5 months. We have told him he may use us as a reference any time.
