It has been a few years since I’ve attended a yoga class here, but it’s been on my mind a lot so I thought I would leave a review. My husband and I used to come to Kristi’s Monday night offerings, and I cannot express how much we miss it. We moved from the area, otherwise we would still be going! It has been hard to find a location and instructor who makes us love Yoga the way Kristi did. Forever grateful!

"If you don't make time for your wellness, you will be forced to make time for your illness" - Anonymous I'm not trying to be a wise a*** but at one point in everyone's life this quote should be an everyday mantra. How fun is that? Sounds like something we have to struggle to achieve. However, it doesn't have to be like that, because places like The Schoolhouse Wellness Center exist. It is located in a beautifully renovated building in a quiet, cozy nook of Lockport. Surrounded by a pretty, well maintained garden is an inviting and cheerful space.
