I’m not a fan of the dentist but after finding this place!! I’m a permanent patient. They have the nicest staff! From front desk to the girls giving you a cleaning. all around best place I’ve been too. Then the Dentist is the nicest person. He is very kind and caring through it all. He genuinely cares for you and what he does. I’m so glad to have found here and him! 10/10
I dont usually write reviews, but I went for the first time today and the staff were so nice and welcoming. I was immediately put at ease when meeting their team. X-rays were thorough but also quick and painless. Dawn is an expert hygienist who gave me one of the best cleanings Ive ever had too! 10/10 recommend.
Following a fall I took I made a bad tooth worse and had very bad pain with this tooth.
After calling around I found Lockport Family Dental Care. They got me right in that day and began treatment to prepare me for tooth extraction.
Fast forward to tooth extraction day, they got me right in, made me feel so comfortable despite my nervousness of not being at a dentist office for years as life has kept me so busy.
Lorraine was absolutely wonderful, so patient, explained everything, and did a remarkable job.
I am now recovering from all this and know after years I have found my new dentist and feel so comfortable with them.
