The vets and vet techs at Pery Pet in Livonia are amazing. I went in with my sick cat 45 minutes before his appt because he was in so much pain and they took him right in. Unfortunately, their was nothing they could do for my Benny. They brought him in and let me have time with him before he passed. They let me comfort him, while they comforted me. The vet explained everything to me and told me it was not my fault, which made me feel better. I just want to say, Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Everyone was truly amazing.

Professional and caring staff! I have never had “ferals” before until a year ago and it was stressful trapping my wounded baby in my garage let alone a trap again after he was neutered in June! The staff had the perfect timing for an appt even tho I have never had any pets there as patients and helped Neptune and I feel at ease and I’m very happy with the outcome. His wounds were treated and healing up nicely, he was given a topical for fleas and worms, nails trimmed, combo tested for my other cats safety and thankfully negative! . He’s doing wonderfully resting inside and hoping tk become and indoor kitty thanks to this amazing staff!

I’ve always had amazing experiences with this location. The people are incredible and truly care about the animals that walk through their doors. I walked in this morning with my dog and my baby (as a stay at home mom, me and the baby are attached at the hip - literally). They helped me get the dog on the scale, they washed my daughters binky when it fell on the floor, they comforted my dog through his shots, and one of the techs even brought my dog to my car for me so I could carry the baby out.
