Being new to this state I was struggling to find any veterinary clinic that could assist with one of six pets that I brought here. I was fortunate to get an appointment at Livonia Pet Hospital. To Kelly, you always sounded like you were smiling every time I spoke with you on the phone and even more pleasant in person. Keep doing what you're doing. The staff fit us into a busy schedule 2 days in a row, when my golden retriever was lethargic and vomiting. The care was professional, kind, and supportive to my dog and me. Thank you Drs. Wilder, Boyd, and Grzankowski, Julie, Kelly, and all the vet techs that helped. Maja is better now.
Kind and compassionate people. I moved my 18 year old cat Katie across the country, but it proved to be too much for her and she went into kidney failure. Dr. Beth Jamison and Vet Tech Vivienne did everything they could to help her revive, providing detailed instructions, keeping in touch with me thoughout and offering helpful suggestions while I was rehydrating her at home with subcutaneous fluids and meds to keep her comfortable. Sadly she never really rebounded as much as she needed to and we put her to sleep October 24, 2023. Dr. Jamison and staff gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye and we're so caring and kind.
