The person who left a lower-marked review about a lack of response time seems to not acknowledge the challenges a local business might face regarding more limited resources and staffing that a smaller operation might have. I am newly moved to Englewood New Jersey, and I have middle eastern eyebrows, in otherwords, they are very thick, and I don't trust many people to thread them. I looked up this beauty bar, reviews are great and ofcourse they lived up to the experience. The place is absolutely beautiful, owner is sweet and welcoming.
