Waste management is incredibly easy to deal with. Their website is super easy to use and has everything I need to do business with them. They are good about sending texts when services will be delayed due to a holiday…always keep me informed. And they are always prompt and on schedule with pickups.
I have only been a Waste Management residential customer for a couple of weeks. I left my previous trash pickup provider after some bad business and billing problems. After signing on with Waste Management it's like a breath of fresh air. The sign up process was quick and painless. I like the month to month billing, and I love receiving monthly invoices to my email. I hope to have many years of positive service from my local Waste Management team.
