Kelly's estimate was detailed, so I knew where every penny was spent, unlike other estimates that just lumped "demo" and "walls" into categories with outrageous costs. The entire team was friendly, communicated well, and made great adjustments to the project when faced with complications. They worked hard in a home without central air when the temp was >80 degrees outside. The work was excellent and I absolutely love the finished project. They started the job on the day they committed. When the workers began they took great care to ensure that outdoor areas and landscape was very protected. “We started off with a miscommunication on the date of service but things happen. Our ranch roof was complete within 8 hrs with 3 layers of shingles that had to be removed. 99% of the debris was picked up from the yard. I found some here and there which was expected. Dave Beck fixed everything including the half bath, laundry room, doors, insulation, framing, finishes and floors. “This company did a great job 4 years ago on replacing my roof as well as fixing my chimney. So far so good! Additionally, they have been very responsive to any questions I’ve had over the years. They even came and dropped off a few materials without charge a few years later when I finally was able to do another home repair. I get the impression that they’re a small, family run business as they were very quick to come out when I thought the roof might be leaking (it wasn’t) but less quick when I called for materials. They seemed busy but never dismissive and they came through above and beyond when they could as they did it all without charge. They didn’t have to do that.
