I highly recommend Samadhi Yoga! I joined two of their gentle yoga sessions where Michelle was my teacher for both. She was educational, caring, and patient. The classes have a way of making you feel refreshed and grounded. Ive also joined their restorative yoga class which was also very healing with both Michelle and Sue. This place is wonderful for both beginners and advanced levels.

I have been attending classes with a monthly membership since January and I attend 3-4 times weekly. I love the studio and the instructors. They each bring something different to the table. Jeanine is great for Mondays when you are trying to ease back into the week. Michelle helps you work on correct form with gently reminders. Susan challenges you where you are from beginner to advanced and Bridge gives you what and gets you where you need to be for the day. I would highly suggest giving them a try. Yoga is time for yourself and we all need a healthy dose of that to get us charged up for the day and week.

I’m new to yoga, so I was looking for an inclusive, welcoming studio to begin my journey and learn. Samadhi has quickly become a safe space for me to practice and improve my skills. The instructors are welcoming, take the time to talk with me before class about any issues I may be facing, and are always ready with modifications that I may need. The classes are offered at convenient times throughout the week in a beautiful and clean studio. The classes are reasonably priced with a convenient class package option, and their online booking system is easy to use.
