Basement flooded for the 2nd time in 3 years due to a sump pump drainage issue. Not great.
Called PuroClean because they were excellent the first time around and I trusted them. They showed up fast, got the water out, set up drying equipment, and handled the mess without hesitation. The crew was personable and professional.
Jim was easy to deal with and explained the process including what to do for insurance next steps (even though that wasn’t part of their job - it was refreshing to not feel completely defeated by the disaster at hand).

We called PuroClean to look at a mold issue in our basement. Jim got us in contact with another company to provide a mold assessment. Both companies helped guide us to be able to do the remediation process in a safe and more affordable way on our own. We are grateful that we were not pushed to do the work and that even though we chose to decline their services, Jim still answered all my questions and refused to accept any compensation for his time. If we ever do need their services, we will absolutely be calling PuroClean.
Jim’s crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, sweep the duct work vents and returns perfectly, cleaned up well afterwards and were very friendly. Very competitive pricing. I would definitely refer them.
