I used Peterson’s today for the first time on a referral. The appointment was easy to make and fit my time Schedule and the young lady, Rose, was extremely easy to deal with. Alex, the technician called 15 minutes before arriving and showed up right on schedule. He made quick and easy work of the repair and was on his way in no time leaving the work area just as clean as when he arrived. In these days where good service is so hard to come by, don’t look any further than this company if you have a plumbing need.
Great service. Called Peterson Plumbing after finding out we had no hot water and had a huge puddle under our hot water tank. They arrived in a couple of hours to replace our 15 year old tank. Price was reasonable, and the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are the best.
This is a company that is not out to gouge you and is very honest. They came on time, explained what needed to be done and gave us a choice whether we wanted work done or not. Pricing was fair and they did fine work. They’re trustworthy and highly recommended.
