Amanda the lady who took my initial call was Fabulous. She listened to my concerns as I not familiar with A/C. The guy came out today and fixed the problem straight away!! He was such a nice guy. I joined the membership program as it is beneficial to have. Thank you again!
I’d like to start with from the minute Amanda answered the phone for my request to have an estimate on a new furnace and AC it was a pleasure.
Dominick came and looked over my 25 year old units and didn’t shame me cause of their age as I had experienced from everyone else. Told me every step that would happen from me writing the check to the finish of the installation. And he was right.
His crew showed up….incredibly polite and patient with every question I had as they worked. I couldn’t have crafted a better experience.

We really enjoyed working with the crew at Heat Wiser! They were helpful and friendly. We were excited about getting a heat pump for a some time and our dream has come true! The work was done well and the system works great!
