I couldn't be happier with this company! From my initial phone call through the final completion. Every person I spoke with, including the owners Amanda and Dominick, and installers Dan and Shamar went above and beyond! I had no working furnace for 5 days and it was starting to get really cold, so a friend referred me to Heatwiser. I had already called a few other places but I called them too, because they're locally owned and operated. I am so glad that I did! These people didn't know me and didn't know who I'd choose for my new furnace, but they offered me space heaters (multiple times) to use until I could get a new one installed. The lead tech Dan was at my house the day I called, at 6:30pm to get started on an estimate for me. He and Dominick discussed every single thing with me before giving me a quote that night. They gave me a great price for my furnace and new ac unit - I knew this would be needed in the Spring as well and figured I'd get a better bundle price. The product was superior to the other quotes I received, the warranty was better, they offer 24/7 service, and Amanda also personally files your product registration and National Grid rebate! Here's another huge difference between Heatwiser and other companies....they offered to install my new furnace immediately because I had no heat. I signed that Monday night and was scheduled for that Wednesday! My technicians Dan and Shamar were on time, respectful of my home, efficient and worked really well as a team! They had to deal with my questions as well as my 2 small dogs all day, and they were great with all of it! Heatwiser communicated every step of the way, they did everything they said they would and they deserve way more than a 5 star review! I will refer everyone I know to Heatwiser!
Amanda the lady who took my initial call was Fabulous. She listened to my concerns as I not familiar with A/C. The guy came out today and fixed the problem straight away!! He was such a nice guy. I joined the membership program as it is beneficial to have. Thank you again!
