If only the public new the truth of how horrible the staff are treated and how incompetent the administration/ president/ CEO/etc. truly are. It is only going to get worse for the patients as Crouse cannot get or keep staff. The sole focus of CMP is business, they could care less about the patients and staff.

I love my doctor at this practice, I have been seeing her for about 16 years and all 3 of my children do as well. We never had an issue getting appointments , medication refilled, asking questions etc...however since crouse took over it has been 40 minute phone waitsand several tries to even get through to anyone, the phone would ring and ring without end. I let it ring for 14 minutes before someone picked up.... Then our script wouldn't even be called in. I called this morning to reschedule an appointment and it said my estimated time to talk to a scheduler was 40 minutes! So I hung up and tried to call in my son's script.
