They have been great so far, but in fairness to all concerned, I haven't had the procedure yet. The surgical outcome is really more important than my interaction with them to date.
I had gotten my appts mixed up on a day that I took off of work.I came in the morning and I wasn't t supposed to until that afternoon. The staff worked me in without a problem. I can be a handful of a patient. They never react to my hum bug and always welcome me. <3
Dr Heater was a good listener and made a plan to find a way to resolve my symptoms with a recheck scheduled for evaluation of resolution of symptoms. I hope this is the first step to healing and long standing complaint.
