Highly recommend Charles for all your HVAC needs. We have had only good experiences with them over the past 3 years that we have been Charles Club members. Matt performed our annual furnace maintenance service last week and was extremely courteous and professional. He was speedy but thorough and took the time to explain everything he did and anything I might need to know about our furnace. I will be asking for him for our a/c maintenance call in 6 months.
Was having a lot of physical problems and things were not going well with my wife and I. Came home from the hospital after having surgery and the air conditioner went bad and problems with the furnace. Mike came after our call and listen to what we had to say about what was going on. He could have just treated us like a customer, but went out of his way to get our situation straight as quickly as he could. We talked to someone else before calling him and was not impressed with what they had to offer.
